fried chilli paste

Ingredients:
* 200 cc coconut milk
* 2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing

Spices That Are:

* 2 pieces red pepper
* 2 pieces of green chilli
* 6 spring onions
* 3 cloves garlic

Spice destroy:

* 1 cm galingale
* 1 cm ginger
* 1 cm turmeric
* 1 stalk lemongrass
* 1 bay leaves
* 2 kaffir lime leaves
* 6 pieces hot chilli pepper, puree
* 1 tbsp tamarind water
* 3 tbsp paste
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

How to Make:

* Stir fly all the grinded Spices except cayenne pepper, add Spices destroy. Cook Until fragrant, then enter the bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves and coconut milk, stirring constantly. Continue to cook Until coconut milk to the boil. Set aside
* Combine chili sauce, tamarind juice, and paste and salt, pour into the coconut milk mixture, stirring Until Blended. Cook again Until out of oil. Elevator. Serve the fried chilli paste with Boiled egg.
